Having both worked in the industry for many years, Brian Turner and Steve Thomson teamed up for the first time early in 2013 where they carried out sports related surfacing activities on behalf of the property developer.
Consensus Leisure Ltd was subsequently launched as a separate independent company in September 2013 and has since completed a diverse range of schemes comprising golf course tee construction, laser grading, bunker construction and drainage; football field construction; cricket field levelling; ball stop nets erection; maneges; artificial turf pitches and many associated civil engineering activities.

Our Brian Turner has gained a broad depth of experience and practical qualifications on all classes of civil engineering and sports contruction work over the past 30 years and is highly regarded within the industry.
Brian's organisational ability makes him highly suited for the planning and execution of the various types of construction activities that the company undertakes across the country, quite often at short notice, to a very high standard, within budget and generally to tight timescales.
Our Steve Thomson is extremely well known for his vast experience in all aspects of sports construction, renovation and maintenance having been a Course Manager himself for 15 years. Subsequently he has been in the sports construction industry for 10 years and he was responsible for pioneering laser grading technology in this country.
Over the past 10 years Steve has successfully completed, to the highest standard, many schemes large and small, on golf courses, cricket fields, football pitches, private gardens and similar works across the country. A small selection of schemes are shown in the Show Reel.
